Additional Information and Orders:
Expected drop within 5 km of enemy lines. All Trinary/Supernova commanders to
transmit confirmation of completed drop on tactical channel 83. Commanders are
not to engage until commanded, code word Shakespeare. From that that point on,
commanders are to push through as noted on their position maps, to meet at the
appointed map grids:
7th Battle Cluster: map grid 5530 via 4520
11th Battle Cluster: map grid 6520
16th Battle Cluster: map grid 8520
Each Cluster will be under the tactical command of its commanding Star
Colonel. There will be a Head Hunter star released prior to battle, so be aware
of the possibility of friendly troops behind enemy lines. All aerospace units
will be detached from their Clusters for the drop, to better provide an
organized defense for the dropping units against the 1st Lyran Aerospace
Regiment. They will be under the command of Star Captain Hemsi Mehta of Command
Fighter Star, Trinary Galaxy Command. Upon the start of the ground battle, at
either the Star Captain’s or Galaxy Commander Furey’s command, they will be
returned to the command of the Cluster Commanders.
J-3 expects General Craigie to spread her armored units in a skirmish line,
with each battalion (3) of the Mech regiment to be placed evenly behind to blunt
attacks. The Command Company should be held in reserve, along with the 131st
Lyran Mech Detachment, if it is indeed on world.
The 1st Lyran Guards RCT is to be considered an elite unit, and therefore
worthy of our respect. Zellbrigen will be up to individual Cluster commanders. 16th
Battle Cluster: Zellbrigen will be up to individual Supernova commanders ~
